Search for 'Hard Dog' roll bars,they're an American firm who have been making proper roll bars for the MX5 for years,really top drawer items,and I think they also do one for the Roadster.

I'd love to get to this if I still have my MK1.

I had a pre-03 car and fitted 15" Rota Slipstreams which I was really happy with,nice and light and looked great too,Black wheels on a White car. I went for 6" fronts with 195/50 tyres and 6.5" rear with 205/50 tyres.

I did this but the other way round,I swapped a MK3 for a MK1 about 4 or 5 years ago! I do miss the MK3 but then it was for a very special MK1,in an ideal world I'd have both

I've got Eibachs on mine with good condition shocks and have no issues at all,in fact I'm very happy with them,comfort wise and performance.
