Request for drum kit on Rockband please :thumleft:

If the sailor isn't coming (likely atm) then I could bring our rockband (PS3) instruments (2 x guitar, plus drum kit), although I don't know if I could fit it all in the pax seat

I take it from the kryptic messages, that you've gone ahead and waded in there and pi$$ed Patrick off by assuming that he should just hand it over? /and if you haven't contacted him yet, just think about things for a moment - Patrick has stopped someone else registering the .co.uk (which wasn'...

Re: what is this place?

Ok - so Tim was mistaken and Patrick isnt part of IMOC "Management" ? Just clarifying. Try a whois on the domain. It belongs to Patrick. It has done for over 6 years. Predating any involvement Patrick has had as an imoc director. If mk1club want to buy the domain, why not ask the domain o...

Re: Sacrificial anode

how about a steel exhaust? Many people change to stainless, and don't realise that it will actually promote corrosion on the other parts of the underbody. It's better to have a sacrificial part that's easily replaced rather than the chassis or something more problematic to replace. It's one of the r...

Re: Valuation for mk1 manuals?

hmmm - some widely varying values there... Maybe ebay is the best bet then - I don't want to rip anyone off if it's only worth a fiver... but equally I wouldn't want it to go for less than market rate - although market rate seems a bit variable! how can you rip someone off on Ebay? Sorry - I meant ...

A friend at work (who's a biker), was saying that there's no need to spend £££'s on helmet, and that there are some excellent bi...

Re: 2008 MR2 Mk1 Club National AGM, 12th Oct

At the end of the day, making an effort to try and make something happen for the good of the club is better than nothing - so I am going to at least give it a go! If we get some knock backs, hey ho - but I will at least give it a try! Lets see how we get on. Make sure you have your 'business plan' ...
