Volk TE37 alloys - thoughts, ideas & banter req'd!!!
Hi all, :D Decided to go down a popular route for my new tubby wheels, by sticking some bronze Volks on (TE37's), the car is red (i have a stupid theory this combination will look good...erm  ). I don't want to push my luck or my arches so i've decided to keep with a tidy 7" (215) front a...

Sorted the wheels just need the right size - errrr????
Been on the phone to the lads at japshop.co.uk for some of their "Battle" alloys  and they recommended 8x17 fronts (215 tyre) and a 9x17 rears (235 tyre) both being 5x114 pcd. That sounds a bit wide to me for the car - does anyone know if these wheels would rub/catch on anything - i...

Been on the rarerims.co.uk site for some new wheels (17's) Quite fancy the "rota boosts" 8) with a staggered fitment 7+/8+ etc They come in 4/5 colours including gunmetal, bronze, gold etc Ive got a red Mk2 with a full Gracer kit on it - i'm thinking gunmetal but a mate reckons bronze - an...

Re: Promise only exhaust Question i'll ever ask!
Sounds nasty (and expensive!) - for that reason i've decided to take the safe option of the Mongoose system and De-cat!
Cheers for the feedback tho'

Promise only exhaust Question i'll ever ask!
Hi all, About to buy an exhaust for my Rev 2 Tubby. I have an extreme boost down pipe to fit at the same time - i'm looking at Mongoose, Blitz NUR and the possibility of a custom twin carbon can system from Exhaustuk. I prefer the twin exit look but the Mongoose pipes look a little petite(! :twisted...

Departure zorsts and half leather!
Hi :D my MR2 tubby is in desperate need of an exhaust (inc decat pipe) and although the Mongoose looks tempting, the Departure 2 versions look a little better. Not decided on the orginal or pro yet  , however where can you buy them from??? I've tried Fensport, Rogue etc ... but no luck! #-o...

I am about to buy an aftermarket exhaust for my Mk2 mr2 tubby and im not sure which to choose? :?: I definately want a twin exit system (i have a G-racer bodykit fitted with the rear spats - and the single Fujitsubo thats on at the mo just looks silly!) I dont want anything too loud - my aim is to m...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Help required! In a pickle!
Thanks for all the comments lads. The black one has a lot of expensive parts (including that naff spoiler!!!) but is in bits at the mo and the body work isnt good. The Rev 3 tubby is ok (ish) but the mileage is higher and their are odd seats (1 recaro race seat!?!) and the dash has many holes in it....

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Help required! In a pickle!
PS It also puzzled me why the japanese owner would spend all that money on 4 Greddy gauges (oil, water, boost and ???) and a turbo timer if the car was running standard boost - seems a bit silly to me?

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Help required! In a pickle!
I thought it was expensive too. I don't know how to provide a link but the dealers website is www.aisimports.co.uk (the company is called Auto Import Solutions) they have 4 turbos in stock - you cant miss the one i'm looking at. Its the only one with a bodykit. Thanks for the help - it's really appr...

](*,) Hi, just wondered if any one in the know could give me a little advice. I currently have a mint Mk2 MR2 G Limited in yellow. Shes only done 45,000m and has a ss exhaust, boost valve, air filter etc... I am currently looking at buying a Mk2 Rev 2 GT Turbo (T-Bar) from a garage. The car in quest...
