if the z3 looks crap,lol what does a mr2 look like? z3 and tt are quality,ive test drove some and are excellent,just because there out your price range,you dont have to get jealous! not at all. i will safe;y say, i will never buy either. for that kind of money, rather than waste it on a boring germ...

also there is a snell helmet accreditation thats the same as the BS one, but i cant remember it off hand

mr2 challenge weight limit is 1040kg inbcluding driver bear in mind this has cage as well

well i have decided the T-bar is too heavy.
put a deposit down on MK1A today, so now got to get rid of the T bar. only problem now is the mk1a is in so good condition, it would be a cardinal sin to strip and race it.

Mine leaks like as sieve! :( But even when it was dry I weighed my car at Donington with 3/4 of a tank. 1160kgs! :shock: Lardy fat thing! And that's with all the Sherman Tank Aircon system removed..... :roll: why is mine 60kg lighter? is that all water :shock: or were you in it. i had mine weighed ...

1100kg with 3/4 of a tank of petrol (and a lot of rubbish prob couple of kilos )

Just to add my 2pence. Weight change to the front will effect the balance of the car, eeven if it is a 10KG battery (realistically equates to 20kg tho as removal of 10kg from the back). I know this from racing karts. A lot of the top drivers carry a small amount of extra lead at the front of the kar...

same happened to me, but mine was a biggie. let go at motorway way spped, dumped the entire coolant in about 30 seconds. (big cloud down the m40). and the temp gyage didnt move at all. Just a quickie, I'm slowly (long term) getting my mr2 ready ready for the challenge in 2007 or 2008.
I have a load of aftermarket bushings lying around, and im wondering if:
are uprated bushes allowed in the mr2 challenge? cos i dont want to put them on if i just have to take them off again.
