i have got the speedhut dials and one thing i will mention (from experience ) make sure and order the uk spec dials they are further down on the options list the us spec ones are back to front (speedo on other side of cluster) lol, did you order the wrong ones by any chance?? i see how they work no...

im a bit confused with how the after market dials work etc, as there are the options of having 160mph or 180mph dials... surely if you opt to buy the 180 mph dials, there needs to be some kind of hardware that slows the needle down, other wise at say 140 mph, it will be reading like 165 or something...
