your inlet plenum would be the part after the Throttlebody, with '2000 Twin Entry Turbo' written on top. (or what ever it sais , cant rember exactly :P)

So if changing the boost pressure isnt a simple turn of a screw and away, then how do people get away with using Bleed valves and digital boost controlers without destroying their engine?

When i drove my mums vectra (which is a 1.8 ) i got it up to 123ish, then it just stoppd accelerating, still had about 1000 rpm to go till the redline, but that was on a massive straigh, about 2 miles long? maybe more. i have got the speedhut dials and one thing i will mention (from experience ) make sure and order the uk spec dials they are further down on the options list the us spec ones are back to front (speedo on other side of cluster) lol, did you order the wrong ones by any chance?? i see how they work no...

im a bit confused with how the after market dials work etc, as there are the options of having 160mph or 180mph dials... surely if you opt to buy the 180 mph dials, there needs to be some kind of hardware that slows the needle down, other wise at say 140 mph, it will be reading like 165 or something...
