if its just surface, i would definitely treat it with some POR15 stuff
if it is rotten then cut and weld in some floor of better condition (from a breaker maybe?)

for one-man bleeding jobs, I have acquired one way valve. lets you pump out fluid to reservoir but won't suck in air. you can then just pump pedal and refill master cylinder tank a few times until there are no bubbles/air in the intermediate bleeding hose (between bleed nipple and valve) http://www....

Black diamond do a set. Cant remember the price but they are bare ss overbraid with non ss fittings. Strut tabount is steel and kit doesnt include banjo bolts. Hel do a set too. What tubing are you going to use? I got myself cunifer but the simple hand press just wont shape it. Copper sounds too weak to me .. and steel rusts ..

i am considering CF front wings :)

a chap driving octavia rammed my left wing a month ago. i was thinking of gettinh FG wings from honeybourne but i managed to get genuine wing rom toyota so i am tempted to get it moulded as long as its new and unfitted :)

my car is spinning hankook ventus r-s2 tyres sized 195/50 R15 but i cant comment on their performance because it is far superior to my will to abuse the car. in other words, I havent tried their limits yet :lol:

I was impatient pressing old bushes out so I have gone with the burn method (sometimes the fire just puts itself off, so the bush needs to be set on fire again). bridge the B+ and Fp terminals in the diagnsis box, strip the center console cover, undo the fuel pump connector and measure whether there's voltage present after turning the key into ACC position. If there's voltage, you can also test the pump in situ (ie save the hassle of dropping the bomb... eh,...
