can any one give me a few mumbers 2 try am getting stressed need 2 get an AFM to get my car finished.. found 1 but wanted £100 for it bit steep a thought!! any help would be good chears again.. adam

am a happy chappy now. just done a s3-gte swap last week! only took the engine out of the car at the breakers last friday!! only been working on it after work and on a gravel drive which aint the best!! cant wait 2 drive it now :D :D all the work was done my self which makes it even more fun :mrgree...

well av just taken a turbo engine and gearbox out a mr2 at a breakers yard al go 2day and ask how much the want 4 both the cables if that helps u ??

get some 1 to move the gear stick. and at the same time have a look down where the cables meet the gear box and see if they are both moving! hope that helps! want any pics?

well the reason u cant use the roof is because the roof and rest of the chassis is used as the earth. 1 side of the ariel plug is 2 earth and the other side is used to pick up the in coming signal as far as i know! if you do try it ul prob just get static!!

at the moment am using a length of single core wire 4 my arial. iv just ran it out the boot and under the side pannels beside the engine cover works a treat how about the clasic coat hanger lol

yep some have them some dont used 2 work at national windscreens.The fine wires in the window are for am signal

have a look to see if one of the selectors has snaped on the gearbox that would stop you geting any other gears or removing it from 4th! if it is the gearbox thats stuffed av got a good 1 sitting going nothing pm me if u want any info..adam

well the engine has been sitting at the salvage yard since last summer so was thinking it might just be that is sitting dry ie no oil in it.Theres no side 2 side play just a bit of up and down! can feel the movenment but not much! its just a standard ct26 turbo!the car had only done 55k!how much am ...

when swaping some bit over thought id have a look at the turbo and seems like there is a bit of up and town play on the shaft.is this normal when there is no oil in the turbo?I know there shouldnt be any play but as the car has only done 55k didnt think there would be any play by now.please help cos...

hi mate. i think it's only the imports if am right that have the temp sensor in the cat! when i de-cated mine i just left the sensor out with no problems hope this helps

hi just thought ad let u know that ma mate has a civic vti turbo with external wastegate and was fed up with the noise on full boost.so he fitted an exhaust of a small engine which works just fine says it has no affect on it dumping the extra boost
