Re: Rev3 or not Rev3 that is the question

Well to me it looks like you've already made up your own mind with you getting some rev 3 bits. Tbh why sell your rev 2 just to fork out more money on a rev 3 and then mod that :?: Ok your rev 2 has 140km on the clock which is about 87000 miles, so what, but its would be an ideal base for forge pist...

Re: rev3 pinout queries and some rev1 queries also

I am doing this at the moment to my rev1 and gave up on the idea of just swapping wires around #-o and adding a few in as the fuse box on the rev is all different too. What i did to make it more plug and play so to speak was to buy the rev3 engine harness and the car harness. This way you will limit...

Re: Rev1 cant hold 15psi

How do matey. Yes your rev1 can hold that boost. But like the other guy's have said you need to check the timing. Also you need to disconnect the vsv and leave the actuator plumbed in. To do this have a look at your actuator. There should be 2 pipes connecting to it. 1st will be from the turbo, whic...

Re: Installing Sports Seats

Scott, just check demon tweeks web site and you can get 2" eye bolts with stress plates which might make your install a litte easyer.

Re: Installing Sports Seats

Yeah soomething like that matey :D . Now i think that you can get eyebolts a little longer than 1"1/4 so they should be able to go through the firewall and the steel plate (will check demon tweeks catalogue) and just fix in place with a nut on the back, so you would be able to just clip the har...

Re: Installing Sports Seats

yeah mount them through the firewall, in fact there use to be a fitting guide or a link at least to instructions to fit harnesses on the old imoc. If i were you scott when you fit them through the firewall, use a peice of steel plate in the engine bay, so when you bolt your harness in to place at le...
