Great work - awesome looking car ! Any more pics on how you done the Border vent ? Would you be interested in getting a few quid to do one for me ? :) I know I'd like a Border vent but not after the weight saving or look of c/f - plus I also can't afford one ! :) Hi Mate, not sure if i would fancy ...

Re: My Sweete MR2 project

Body wise i'm quite happy, just the engine i'm after changing as it's just an N/A problem is the engine is running so well would be a shame to get rid. Ideally would like to go V6. But will have to save up!! Saw your car Big Will, parked down Whesoe Rd the other weekend stunning looking MR2 you have...

Re: My Sweete MR2 project

Thanks Guys :thumleft: , luckily I was quite fortunate that i was in no rush to finish the car so i was able to take my time making sure I chose parts that complimented the car and didn't change the classic MR2 look. Until i went daft and put the Lambo doors on!! I have to say I wouldn't do t...

Re: Rev3 into Rev 2

Hi Mate
Can't help on the first picture, but by the look of the second one I would say that is a bracket to fit the double din stereo in the dash.
Hope this helps

Re: Rev2 Project (New pics)

I have left mine on but have heard of people either bending it up out of the way or using a small angle grinder and cutting it at the connecting points.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Red or Dead

Hi Philbert,
Top job there matey looks really good. Can I ask how difficult was it recovering the door cards? and have you managed to get a perfect finish with it all? Just imagine it being really difficult even with your delicate little hands!!

[Mk2] [Generic] Steering wheel boss question

Does any one know if there is a way of getting the horn to work with out having to cut a chunk out of the steering wheel boss to allow space for the plastic connector which obstructs the boss when it's left in place? I believe this is on rev2 onwards only as rev1's have a different horn set up. Any ...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Best Exhaust for an N/A??

Hi Mate Have you tried Power Flow just of Mcmullan Road in Darlington near Tyre Spot? They make up exhausts to your specification with whatever rear pipes and sound you are after. Not sure on price though but am going to be going there myself to get a quote in the next few weeks. Hope this helps Si ...
