Re: Mr2 TRD replica rev 4 Turbo
Nice couple of cars there mate. Hopefully I can find something nearly as good. I'm not going to pay through my backside for one though. So Kaho at garage P has both the TRDs! He also has the white mr2 with the genuine TOMs kit that I used to own! Just sent him a load of old pictures of it the other ...

Re: rev5 spoiler adjustment, any noticeable improvements?
Really?? The rev3 spoiler is a single piece, so they clearly worked out how to mould that. Re: chargecooler gets warm in traffic?
Where is that located?
Either way, if air isnt flowing through the cc rad by means of not moving or the fans not on yet due to the temp switch not hitting its switch point then id expect it to warm until a) fans kick in or b) you move fast enough for a good flow of air.

Re: rev5 spoiler adjustment, any noticeable improvements?
It would be very difficult to mould it as a 1 piece due to the shape, most likely to cost more to produce with the finishing included. Casting lines are easier hide rather than remove.

Stop start traffic?
Is it a celica cc?
If so its above a fairly large heat source so yes it will heat soak, just like ic pipes that run over the top of the engine.

Actator is definitely opening fully? Can sometimes only open partially due to aftermarket downpipe or even downpipe gasket. Is it a stock turbo?
