About to remove lh/rh engine supports so Im pretty close to dropping the engine but wanting to know the best places to attach my chains. Can anyone show me these positions please? Thanks

Where to shop (uk) for uprated parts

Im currently removing my engine from a non runner turbo rev1, but when I come to refit Im wanting to replace all the old parts for new uprated, this meaning all suspension arms bushes etc, I keep searching the net and egay trying to find a shop that specialises with these parts. The guage sender is on your water elbow...it's the smaller of the sensors and it's faceing the rear of the car iirc mate...if it's the sensor that fubared...I have one you can have for a fiver, may well be the plug or wiring though so check it out thoroughly...well important to have a water temp gu...

My water temp oe gauge is not giving a reading, thought it might have been the gauge so I replaced this and still no reading, when I turn on the ign I can see the needle move slightly, is there anything I can check?

I am going to remove the AVCR in my car any minute now, but need to know how and where to couple vac pipes back up for actuator ect ect. Can anyone help, thanks.

Just got some new plugs for my turbo rev1. Its still nearly standard running a bit more boost and a couple of other small mods (0.85bar). Ive just got some BKR6EP-8 shall I gap these smaller or will .8 be fine?

Anyone know what size socket/spanner I need for the large banjo bolt for the turbo oil feed pipe (rev1) as its a nightmare trying diff sockets ect whilst Im laid under the car. Thanks

Ok so Im going to have to change my exhaust manifold, before I start this I thought I would ask if there maybe any special tools which might make the job easier other than a standard set of spanners and socket set.

Does anyone know who can change my exhaust manifold and not charge me the Earth.. This needs doing asap as 1 of the tubes has a crack in the weld nearly all around it. I live in the North East. Thanks.
