Re: Custom exhaust diameter (DONE) + Video
flex goes over the pipe otherwise ull be reducing the bore size due to the flexi being smaller, which is why i ment to order a larger flexi to fit over the pipe. when i renew my flexi i cut the old off, clean off the old weld bolt the mid section back on,to the cat and the rear box i then slide the f...

Re: Custom exhaust diameter (DONE) + Video
i think when ordering pipe, they size it from the bore, up until 10/12inchs then its outside diameters. might be worth re ordering a larger flexi might make a small restriction otherwise

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Air leak down test! result (air coming from rocker cover)
Er I may be well off here but if your rocker cover is leaking wouldn't this suggest that the rocker cover gasket is bu**ered?? :thumleft: rocker cover will leak if your putting 1-2 psi into it, think i read somewhere its only 6NM on the bolts holding it in place. I have no oil leak from the rocker ...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Air leak down test! result (air coming from rocker cover)
ive got any aftermarket actuator, single port, so it has a Tee piece for the tsvs which ive found was jammed open. so it was going back down one of the vents into the rocker.
took a while to find it lol
