Re: Cleaning cloudy rear lights (Now with pics)

you want an abrasive product to get the shine back, I used to have an FTO and the owners club recommend using wet and dry on the headlights as they go over time too. I didnt go that extreme, but used a professional paint restoring product like t-cut and some elbow grease and mine came up mint, not ...

Thanks you guys. :thumleft:

I've got some Autosol in the shed (I'm assuming its the same stuff that we use to polish our exhausts?!), so I'll go and give it a go now.

Got an hour spare before I go out for a meal with the girlfriend tonight.

Are there any tips on how to restore their clear, shiny nature? I read somewhere that using 'Autosol' worked, but...

Back to an MR2! - is this your old car?

After around 3 years of owning a 1997 Red top Impreza STI, I've come back to MR2 ownership. Previous was a 1992 Tubby tin-top, this time its an N/A t-bar. 102k miles and I can't find any rust on it. 2/3 previous owners were 'Owners club' members...which club I am not sure! http://i17.photobucket.com...

Is the ECU mappable to run on 95ron? or is it a new chip and remap then?

Supercharger vs mk1a/b

Hello all, Cant seem to find any definitive answer with the search engine. As the title says really, similar to the MKA vs MKB post. Apart from the 'obvious' (supercharger and lights  ) are there any differences between the supercharger and uk mk1a/b's? Either in body or mechanical. Thank y...

mk1 v6 vs mk2 v6

Hello all. I'm thinking of selling my current car and getting another MR2. I used to own a Rev2 Turbo and was probably one of the nicest cars to drive that I've ever experienced - as many of you will agree with, I'm sure! However, if I am to get another MR2, its going to be through Woodsport and the...
