It'll be an electrical interference be something to do with the wiring at back of stereo. You can buy a supression kit to erradicate it though.

[Mk2] [NA] Red fan light on?
I have the red engine symbol with the fan on it staying on when I take the key out of the car but it's not on while car is running anyone any ideas why or what could be wrong?
