Re: 'Champ White' Turbo Build
I very very nearly bought a sparco 383 for the corvette but went Momo in the end. I'd definitely like a look at yours in June. I was too bothered by it becoming grossly sweaty and dirty! Lovely wheel though.

Re: On the brink of changing cars..
I'd like one of them as a kind of zero practicality relatively affordable project car. Stripped out, project engine etc. but I doubt it will ever really happen

Re: On the brink of changing cars..
Coolness. How do you find the power? Satisfactory for the chassis or hankering after some more...?
There's a really detailed vlog kinda series on YouTube called Tom's V8 Miata - as it says on the tin really, but v informative.

Re: Anyone have any knowlegde on the MK2 Automatic funtionality?
I haven't got a full grasp of what's going on here, but it couldn't be something very very simple like two wires going to the wrong places? Crossed over during some sort of bodged install?

Seal of approval still firmly in place!! Can't wait to see this car (and Craigs) at Le Mans. Two very highly specified MR2s with - I imagine - a lot of heart, soul, dreams and CASH poured into em. Bring it on!

You might lose some features as they are now, but you won't lose anything irreplaceable. You might lose the garage for example but it would be so easy to reinstate. And it's not exactly a strong point of the forum anyway.

Re: New to the Jap scene...
Hi. I've never owned a MK3. When I joined this club (I had two MK2s, one after the other) I didn't have much respect for the MK3. It's a smaller engine than the MK2 and the looks are softer. However, since then I've chased MK3s on the road and they really do look fantastic. The handling and dynamics...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Replacing my door, how difficult is rebuilding a bare door?
The earliest cars didn't have crash bars in the doors I believe. There is also a difference in the side mouldings between jap and non Jap cars. I think. My only concern would be don't hang and align the door without the weight of the window etc in it - or it might sag when you fit all that stuff in.

Re: Anyone fancy a central Scotland run?
Hi fella. Me and my club are doing a run in central Scotland on the 28th of this month. We'll take in the Dukes pass and the southern road along loch Earn before coming south down to Gleneagles hotel for a proper bite to eat. Message me if you're interested in coming along & have a look on the f...

If you're wanting it to fit an N/A, I don't see much of a problem!
That lower design looks daft.
