Re: Car gone into limp mode, no warning light!
take a look at the coil pack, mine would miss fire under boost in the wet then it got so bad it wanted to cut out and then would slow under acceleration.

Re: Coolant temp goes down after high rpm
It's more I've never seen it do it before that's caused concern and I do slot of miles. Owned the car for 4 years and been working in the same place for 2 of those. Thanks for the reply though peter, I'll try it over the week and see if I can notice it happening more than once in a journey. If it do...

Re: Coolant temp goes down after high rpm
So far yes, but the journey is half hour if that and only 10-15 on the motorway some in traffic. I'm getting no signs of coolant loss and the car will happily sit there idling to itself without any change but I think this week my temp gauge has been sitting one notch lower (I know the standard gauge...

Coolant temp goes down after high rpm
Hi guys, I was on my way home from work in the week which is a little motorway involved. The car was getting close to operating temperature as I got on the slip road. As I had to accelerate to join the motorway I looked down and my temp gauge looked lower than I had recently seen it. I put this down...

Re: Power steering issue :/
I had an issue with my power steering a few months ago like this...however mine wouldn't throw a light on. Mine was the power steering ecu in the end.
Hope you get it sorted mate, if you need a PS ECU or Driver then I have spares here.

Re: APEXI power intake New Filter..Where to buy
I bought a fake off ebay un knowingly and when fitted after a short time it started to limit boost drastically. I fitted a camera to monitor the filter when driving and it was starting to be sucked inside out when coming onto boost. Bought a genuine one from part box in the end and never had a probl...

Hi guys, I've got a 94 rev 3 import turbo with PAS/ABS and Traction control Last night on my way home my steering went heavy and now only seems to work for the first 30 secs from starting the engine before it goes stiff again. The PS light comes on for 5 secs and goes off. Called the faults and non ...

It's designed to revive the seals and cause them to go back to there original condition and guess what it's stopped both our leaks. May...

Re: looking to buy a Mk2 Turbo.
it was me you added on facebook after talking at the show mate, good to meet ya. Regards to the BOV stick with standard imo i've never had a problem running the standard one with my spec and they are a very clever piece of kit.
However if its the noise your after then go for the aftermarket ones.
