Roof/window trim
Hi guys, I wonder if anyone knows the name of the black trim that goes around the top of the roof where the window meets it. Mine were taken off during a respray and they now don't fit flush to the paintwork, the major side effect being it channels rain down into my side windows and one of them is l...

Re: Rev3 Turbo - Unknown Blue Colour *for how long?*
Another update, as of a month ago I got the car back and took her to the lockup ready to be rebuilt. I was not happy to find out that the clowns who fitted my new tyres had put them on the wrong wheels. So I ended up with me 225s on the 7.5 inch alloy and the 205s on the 8 inch, so ended up with nic...

Well had quite a nightmare with getting her sprayed. She is now finally ready just needs storing and then putting back together. Here are some teaser pics. http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj231/marshiboi/IMG_0444_zps2e19a5a4.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj231/marshiboi/IMG_0443_zps3fd16...

Re: Donato's Track Rev3
I've been toying with the idea of getting some SuperPro uprated bushes as I dread to think what all originals look like but I'm not a very experienced tinkerer so the thoughts always intimidated me, however by the sounds of it, it may be a worthwhile effort!

Re: The journey of one man and his Mule(s)
Your attention to detail is inspiring and makes me want to tidy my 2 up, which at the mo is difficult as she's getting resprayed, but once she's done she'll be getting the full treatment oh yes!

Re: Rear Window Surround - Refitting advice
I 'think' its sandwiched in when you put the surround back on and then painted over which seals it, but no-ones actually replied so I'm guessing

Rear Window Surround - Refitting advice
Hi all
Had to remove my rear window surround for painting the car, has anyone else had to do this and what did you use to fit it and reseal it?
Ideally don't want a dirty black line running around it.

Re: Advice - Wheel colour after respray
Thanks for all your thoughts so far guys! It's a tough decision because it's quite a dark blue and I'm not sure whether in your face WHITE! Would compliment or distract away from the colour, whereas gunmetal may be too subtle! Altho the decision may be made for me as i have Carbotech disks and pads!...

Advice - Nuts and bolts sizes
Hi guys, Got a slight problem, my MR2 is away at the moment and I can't get access to her. What I'm wanting to do is replace all my old rusted bolts, nuts, screws etc with stainless steel ones or get direct replacements and then paint them myself. One thing is I wondered if there was anywhere that l...

Re: Brake caliper seized....but it isn't!
I had this exact same experience, turned out to be a seized caliper and needed replacing, I ended up just getting a new one instead of getting it reconditioned.
Not worth the risk, especially considering what a seized brake could suddenly do at 70mph
