Re: New Member Introduction (bought Tubby now - pictures inside!!!)
Hello mate welcome, some great stuff in the knowledge base. What I did is bought a new aerial for a fiver, tapped into the existing 12v feed going to the radio antenna and if you pull the boot carpet back, there is a recess where the boot lock mechanism is, I stuck it in there. I used a guide on her...

Re: Can anyone help? I've done something stupid
I would prefer to have the little square piece back on.
If you find a spare I would really really appreciate it because the car is just sat outside not being used

Can anyone help? I've done something stupid
Well yesterday I thought I'd change my gear linkage bearings. Easy peasy but the top bush wouldn't come off, so I removed this bracket: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y188/garre/DSC01233.jpg I blowtorched the bush and brass collar off but then I realised that somewhere along the way the little squ...

Re: WOW - Just spotted my old car
Hi mate, well the guy I bought it from really really didn't like the colour! I think he only had it about 3 weeks? Maybe even less, I thought it could be something dodgy but I went to look at the car anyway, acf8181 was a really genuine guy and so far nothing has broken or fallen off so :thumleft: I...

Re: Where do you all buy your parts?

Opie oils has got to be the best for oils etc Just my opinion on the exhaust, I have a blueflame twin exit and a de-cat. Very nice sound, not too bad at all on the ...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Profec B Spec 2 problems?
Thanks for the reply, I do like the greddy it has some neat functions like turning red for a warning etc and I like that it flashes the peak boost etc. I will have a play at the weekend, check wiring and solenoids and will let you know of the outcome.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Profec B Spec 2 problems?
Hi, im in hampshire I just updated my profile. Yeah I had a feeling that this could be the case, I can't imagine 2 bad solenoids but over the weekend I will try this out for sure. I don't mind buying a second hand ebc setup but would like one that isn't going to die on me, could you make a recommend...
