Just got fed up with it in the end, and the wiping of all my stats was the final nail...

Well thats 4 of us for wingman already ... though I must warn you, I've still not acquired that magic shotgun that instantly blows people up that everyone else seems to have!

I did the 1.1 update and it wiped my stats (was rank 20 both cop and racer...) #-o load of stuff about it on the EA forums... (the did give me a free code to download the sports pack as compensation, but I'm still annoyed about it!) I believe it's fixed now, but I can't be ar$ed levelling back up ag...

If you need to make up some numbers give me a shout...

I've played it, excellent game...

any game that loads up and warns of possible seizures etc has to be good

Probably more down to sh1te pads and discs rather than anything else.

My st165's used to lock really badly... I put new discs on and some decent EBC pads... now I have no lock up at all.

both situations were on track.

As stated earlier ... the bottom edge as per my pic...

it was only the n/s and o/s outer pads that needed doing though iirc.

But hey, if yours fit with no modification required... BONUS!

I use mine on track hence the reds... green's will be fine for normal road use.

From EBC... you can only get green and red stuff for these (can't get yellows)

and you need to file the bottom edge to make them fit the carrier

Dude, there is going to be naff all difference, the 20v has got more valves etc (obviously), but lighter internals (iirc), both iron blocks... probably weighs less than a 4agze (i.e. no supercharger, intercoller etc) but I may end up sitting corrected on that seriously you will not notice a differen...

So far I'm enjoying it.. just over half way thru the campaign...

Its a good game for sure, but don't expect to be utterly blown away by it.

Haven't tried the multiplayer yet though, and thats pretty much what this game is all about.
