Static is at 3/4 revs from 1m, drivebys vary hugely as the levels depend on the distance from the track of the sensor as well as whether it's a full acceleration zone, the angle or position of your exhaust, how the noise bounces off the local scenery etc. If you're OK on the static then 9/10 cars wi...

TBH you'd need to get some advice from the specialists on here to know how the volume is for your type of system on track but there isn't too much stuff that pings the driveby as far as I know.

The standard check is 105db static, I think they do have driveby out on track as well now but I understand that this shouldn't be a problem unless you are running a system that makes disproportionately more noise under load.
