Rogue rev6 front bumper
Just sorting through the last of my mr2 bits guys, and I have this rev6 bumper gathering dust. Overall in very good condition, complete with smoked sidelight and indicator lenses - pre wired to plug straight into a stock loom. There a couple of minor bits of damage, but seeing as it'll need painting...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Momo steering wheel
Do not cut the plug off of the steering ring, it's for the horn and the self cancelling of the indicators.
You can either buy a different boss - there are a few different types available, or just cut a small section of your boss out, to allow the plug to stay put

I just cut the tab off of mine mate, and it went on fine. It shouldn't foul the manifold ?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] boost control and boost spikes.
i found that a 3" downpipe causd my boost to spike a little bit. I fitted a 2.5" restrictor gasket, and it was pretty much cured

It might be that the map is taking too much fuel out at higher rpms Craig, it might be going a bit lean

Re: REV 1 GT - @ Back Home
Glad to see its improved buddy, I was panicking for a moment but knew it had be something simple. I've got a stock actuator and a turbo dynamics actuator here, both working, that you're welcome to if it helps? I'm not sure what the max figures are likely to be as its a stock head, with stock rev2 ca...

Re: Forged Engine Oil Consumption ??
Engine braking for vacuum to help seal the rings yes, and that engine certainly didn't blow smoke on engine braking. But I was advised to not use boost until the oil had been changed for synthetic, and until the entire rev range was being used. Also, when I say 'no boost', I don't mean absolutely no...

Re: Forged Engine Oil Consumption ??
Just seen this, that does sound a little high Craig? I bought the long block with about 600 miles on it, that's what I was told. It always puffed a tiny bit of smoke on cold start, but that only lasted for a few seconds, then disappear completely. Two local tuning companies said that it was quite no...

Re: REV 1 GT - @ Back Home
You won't be able to modify the centre panel to fit bud, as its made from aluminium bars, that are affixed through the rev1/2 brackets. If you try and cut it, it'll fall to bits
