im sure the sensor at the top is the lambda, as ive changed it to sort my fueling out but it aint done anything.
whats the sensor on the bottom of the downpipe? will it affect my fueling?
rev 3 turbo with decat by the way
cheers

boost probs
ive had fluctuating readings since having my blizt dsbc fitted, so i decided to turn it to off mode, thinking ill go easy and see whet happens. it wouldnt boost past 0.7 bar, which i think is standard, but i will go up to 1.2 when boost controller is on, albeit spiking and jumping, so im assuming so...

Re: strong fumes smell
im pretty sure its from the exhaust, you can smell strong fumes smell rather than petrol.
i use shell optimax, which hums a little more, but i think its overfuelling a lot

ive got a few mods on my rev 3 turbo. induction(blitz sus), intercooler, downpipe, hks ssqv, blitz dsbc, plugs and leads etc and ive recently put a new lambda sensor from rogue on. im sure its overfueling as it cost a fortune in petrol, and when i pull up anywhere people comment on how strong the fu...

where do i get intercooler and hot pipe?
ive seen a few members on here with the stainless hot pipes that have the hks flange welded on, and no bolt attachments, like the pheonix power ones. where can i get one? also ive seen a pipe that replaces the rubber intake pipe to the turbo and is about 9 inches long, so basically you just attach i...

try nipping the bolts on the cam cover up 1st, they vibrate loose sometimes, and should only be nipped anyway.

Re: still spiking????
im assuming the vsv has been disconnected, in fact im pretty sure it has, as the chap who does it knows his stuff(xo motorsport) the downpipe, im not sure of the make, it seems ok, although when putting a new lamda sensor on, the plate it sits on cracked a little. would this make a difference? also,...

still spiking????
ive had a down pipe, ic, hks ssqv, blitz dsbc spec r boost controller and the usual plugs, leads, disi cap etc. ive had a good play with the gain and ratio settings, but im still getting spikes in lower gears. ive tried gain from 15 to 50, whist setting the ratio from anything from 30 to 45. no joy!...
