Yep mdf rings about 20mm thick if I remember correctly I would put some sound deadening behind its well worth it. RRP is £79.99 but as I said halfords are £42 and I got mine with a 10% off promo. The crossovers are in line and are round to look like a tweeter and you will get them behind the doorcar...

They will fit other base mounted recaros like out of an evo, honda, proton etc but won't fit the ford, Vauxhall, Suzuki, and rover recaros.
Aftermarket recaros like the l lx speed etc fit.
I had quite a few sets of recaros in my 2

Had the three lights up on the dash so swapped the spare alternator in (which was a recent recon) and had the rev3 turbo alternator rebuilt so thats now in with the spares.

Purple Haze is still for sale and actually clicked over the 22000 mile mark last week on a 4 hour trip from wales and is currently at nearly 22300 miles.

Was the single wiper set to centre park? This is done by moving the position of the arm on the motor so it sounds to me like you need to reposition the arm.
