Help identifying this exhaust

Hi, I'm having a clear out and found an exhaust I thought I'd sold years ago, I'll be selling it soon but want to get an idea of its worth when I list it but I can't really find much about it. It is marked with JASMA 051 94-000186 and from what i can tell that implies its an JDM HKS exhaust but that...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Gearbox Speed Sensor : 33403-19476

After some time (8 years) in the wilderness I am re-entering the 2 fold and dusting off my Tubby from the garage where it has lived since the kids arrived. Its been used off and on (50 miles a year) and serviced/MOT'd/insured each year so its mechanically sound and in good condition overall but I'm ...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Horn . . .

It was fault with the earth on the horns, the old ones had rusted and the new ones had a different earth, wired a new earth in and they work. Blew the fuse though and replaced it but the relay wasn't working properly and the click was happening even though the circuit wasn't completing as the intern...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Horn . . .

Hello, I have a strange issue, my car failed its MOT for a non-functional horn. I removed the nose cone and replaced the horns with new items. These were tested prior to fitting (connected directly to the battery) and worked, however when I wired them in and press the horn they didn't work. The rela...

[Mk2] [Turbo] A question about T-VSV

When I bought my car it had an MBC on, this has now been removed and is about to replaced by a EBC in the future. In the mean time while the car is running standard boost should the T-VSV be disabled or enabled for the best?

[Mk2] [Turbo] Fitting an HKS induction kit

I've just bought an HKS induction kit (2nd hand but in great condition) but it doesn't have fitting instructions. Does anyone have a guide/link/photo of one fitted so that I can see where the brackets go? I have found an article on line but its only text and not very good as its written for a LHD ca...

Putting my 2 back on the road. . .

My 2 has sat in the garage (and been warmed up/down a few times) since November last year, I want to put it back on the road in June but as there is no tax, mot or insurance on the car I don't know where to start I was assuming that the it would be; insurance, then tax, then make an mot appointment?...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Removing bomex skirts

Does anyone know if I need anything other than replacement side vents if I remove my bomex side skirts? Is there a sill cover or anything like that?

[Mk2] [Generic] Heater servo

Has anyone removed the heater servo (the motor that makes the vents change position) from a mk2 before?

Really stuck with it now, almost toying with taking it to a real mechanic to sort for me but for the sake of one screw ](*,)

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Metal bar/cross bean behind dash

I agree 'no easy way' don't fancy taking an angel grinder to my car if I can help it and as I'm not entirely sure which part is causing the failure i'd rather unbolt and unscrew bits but when the frustration sets in the angle grinder becomes tempting ](*,) I have most of the dash out but can't seem ...
