Looked for some time to find somewhere to get my works alloy straightened as it was badly buckled inside and out and found this place on E**y. The price was £30 + £10 carriage. Hi... after replacing a burnt out drivers electric window motor when ever I let the window go all the way down, every once and a while when driving their is a strange screeching noise from inside the door panel. If I raise the window approx 1/4" so the glass is just visible above the window sea...

Reversing lights

I had the same problem...The reversing light was a no live from ecu-ig so instead of ripping all the wiring apart I removed the bottom of fuse box and located the ecu-ig wiring. Then fitted a fresh wire into the fused connector. Everything seems to be working ok charging, cooling fans, no nasty dash...

Hi I have just purchased a s/h door glass as mine was badly scratched but the replacement has the old cars registration etched on it. Is it possible to remove this by using cutting compounds etc ..... any recomendations on products ?

Basecoat is the colour coat and is generally mixed 1-1 with thinner. When it flashes it will be matt which will give the laquer something to grip to. The laquer... mix 2-1 with activator, is what gives the paint the shine. I prefer 2k straight colour which is gloss straight from the gun so no laquer...

Each to their own I say ...... How many people have bodykits / different wheels / exhausts / lights / rear spoilers / painted and detailed engines etc Toyota must of spent millions developing the mr2, wind tunnel tests, performance and handling tests.... but we all love to add our own little extras ...

Hi .. I am in the process of changing cambelt and idler etc .... all covers and belt is off and I am 99% sure that the r/h side cam seal (looking from the front) is leaking oil. Is it an easy job to fit a new seal now that I am this far, ie can the pulley just be removed, old seal pulled out and new...

The reason touchup and blowins is so difficult with metallics is it all depends on what temperature and pressure the original paint was applied. Basically if you are blowing in a panel ...even with the original paint, if the temp is higher the base coat ie containing the metallic flakes can settle a...
