I got some touch up paint for a 1993 Camry from them, Metallic Blue, the colour match was spot on.

Possible to change feedback from neutral to positive?
When leaving feedback for an item I bought, I stupidly forgot to change the feedback default from neutral to positive! Is it possible for one of the moderators to change it?

Try unplugging the 4 pin connector behind the headlight and check that there's no water trapped inside and that everything is nice and clean.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Speedo problem still here 3 months later help required
Do you have a multimeter? If so you can do some basic checks to make sure the wiring is OK. With the ignition on, check you're getting about 13v on pin 1 (black/yellow) on the speed sensor connector. Also check the resistance between pin 2 (brown) and a grounding point on the chassis, the resistance...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] new engine mounts ????
One option is to get inserts for the original engine mounts: http://home.comcast.net/~kirkosaurus2/MR2_urethane_inserts.html I've installed these on my MR2, they've helped reduce engine movement loads, but they do increase the vibration felt in the cabin. As they're inserts, you still have the optio...

Looks like the guy is in the US, so 93 RON over there isn't equivlant to 93 RON here in the UK, more like 97-98 RON.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Standard BOV problem
I had this problem when I got my MR2, it was horrible to drive :( There's a test specified in the BGB, http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/mechanical/volume1/turbocharger_system.htm It's worth checking to see if there's a fault, in my case the lower diaphram in the BOV was leaking. Swapping the BOV for a HK...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] k reg 1993 rev 3 or rev2??
Rev 2's were sold until Dec 1993 where they were replaced with Rev 3's.
L reg started in Aug 1993, so Rev 2's can be J, K or L reg, but Rev 3's should all be L reg or later.
I've owned two MR2s, both L reg, one Rev 2 manufactured in Sept 1993, the other Rev 3 manufactured May 1994.

Hi Chris,
Glad to hear you've got it sorted. Let me know how good they are, I might be tempted to get some for my alloys when the MR2 comes out of hibenation

Re: [Mk2] [SC] calling all electical and tuning wizards, this will stump you
The BGB gives some resistance values & air gaps to check: http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/mechanical/volume1/ignition_system/4.htm Also if you have a oscilloscope you can check the G1 & G2 waveforms, G1 & G2 should give a pulse every camshaft rotation, G2 should be 180 degrees behind G1. See...

Re: [Mk2] [SC] calling all electical and tuning wizards, this will stump you
Have you checked the G1 & G2 signals from the distributer to the ECU? They provide the CAM timing for the injectors. The Toyota ECU can cope with G1 failing, and will fall back to using the G2 signal. If the G1 signal isn't working due to bad wiring or faulty distributer the ECU can still run th...
