hi everyone, has anyone got an alpine cva1004r fold out head unit? ive connected it up to my ipod via the kca unit but dont know how to cycle through the albums and that by using the head unit, and i havent got the instruction manual lol

great shout, i use my mr2 weekends only and cycle to and from work and the gym and my gfs house in the week lol

the money saved on extra insurance tax an mots goes on bits for the mr2, plus it makes it that bit more special every friday nite when shes ready to come out
