Re: Tein EDFC Motor Removal

Have removed mine 2 weeks ago. https://www.flickr.com/photos/63058093@N08/11150173943/in/set-72157637374714605/ Also unbolted with 1 set still attached. Don't know if they are also the rear set. If so, it's because 1 set could be removed from the car with the EDFC still attached and the other one no...

Re: 0.9 bar to 1.2 bar

On my gen3 I got around 270bhp (at the wheels) with BPU and boost @ 1.2bar.
Meaning stock would be around 220 at the wheels?
And the 250 bhp advertised would be at the engine?

Re: 0.9 bar to 1.2 bar

5-10 bhp?
Other good reason is it will lift up the boost limitation in low gear.

Also think (too) rich.
Had it mapped, so don't think he mapped it too lean.
He didn't went all the way and kept it pretty save. So guessing he kept it a bit rich.

Re: Popping Exhaust

I used to pop (more BANG!) by flooring it to around 3-4000RPM, foot of pedal, let it drop to around 2-2500RPM and tap the pedal. Every tap it was BANG BENG BENG BANG. Could tap it around 5 times. This was on my turbo tho, with a 3" NurSpecR, which made extremely loud bangs. But yea, you could t...

Re: Bit of guidance re breaking a car please

I could be wrong!
Just asking.
Because I bought mine while the seller also was quite confident they were Supra's, even had the invoice with them (from a random shop/garage though, not from a Supra shop).
But my buyer couldn't fit them on his Supra :-k

Re: Bit of guidance re breaking a car please

I had the same ones, (seller also stated they were Supra's). Came to a point to sell mine and advertised them as Supra's. Some guy, with a Supra, bought them and contacted me afterwards claiming they didn't fit correctly on his Supra. After a bit searching/asking we came to the conclusion they weren...

Wondering:

Supra's 16's, meaning?

Supra = brand of the alloy or do you mean these came of a Supra?
