Been using them for the last 3 years, and I've only been driving 4.
Orders ranging from suspension to cambelt kits to oils and filters, not once have I ever received an order late or incorrect parts. Every time they are bang on, with proper invoices etc.
To be honest with you I've changed to coilovers, polybushed the car, custom drop links, and feel absolutely no need for any bigger anti roll bars than the standard Rev1 17mm ones I'm running at the moment. Any less roll and I think the car wouldn't transfer any weight around at all lol
Sounds like its going to be the end of alot of MK2's when in reality its not all that bad is it. MOT certificate comes with failure points, spend a week patching up the rust, make sure its protected so its good for a few years and carry on driving for another year. To be honest its not the end of th...
Times like these I'm happy I have side skirts to hide the wrong profile sills, as well as having a mate with a welder I can use lol My rear ones are looking pretty bad, I'll send them in the MOT this summer and see what happens, but I imagine I'll be getting some ford KA sills and replacing the lot....
I had a rattle around 2500rpm on my Rev1 when I first got it, sounded like some one had left a spanner on the inlet manifold, turned out to be the heatshield down the back of the inlet manifold, if you put your hand down just next to the alternator you should feel it. I just whipped it off and all w...
I had the same problem, turned out I had 10mm of toe in on the rear OS wheel, and 3mm toe in on the NS rear wheel.
I'd get your tracking checked by a decent garage
I got a kit from america for a reasonable price last year, was about 90quid iirc
Can't remember the exact name off the top of my head, but they were bright red, I can go and look as I think I have some spare anti roll bar ones from that kit in the garage if you want
I'm using one of these for my V6 conversion, its an uprated n/a clutch... They are going cheap at the moment if you bid, i got one last week for 69quid delivered lol http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-MR2-CELICA-2-0-GT-16V-FAST-ROAD-CLUTCH-/250758676145?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a...
My UK rev1 n/a with no PS/Abs etc weighed in at 1145kg, and that was full trim with a boot full of uni stuff, half a tank of fuel, spare wheel, etc etc using intercomp corner weight scales, front/rear balance % came in at 42/58 if anyones interested, using tein coilovers on the lowest setting all ro...
I've had 2 sets of blueprint HT leads, and then bought some magnecor ones simply because I had endless problems with blueprint ones and the rubber seals coming off in the sparkplug well
I have superstreets on my Rev1 N/A, and on the softest setting they are about the same as just some lowering springs, but on the hardest settings they are solid. I honestly can't fualt them at all, ive had them on the car a year and they've been perfect, although with 17" wheels you're not goin...
I've had my n/a since I was 18 and I'm 21 now, looking to buy a rev1/2 turbo at the start of the next year. I have to agree with the handling comments, I started off buying some gauges, oil catch can, induction kit, decat. The best mod I have ever done was to change all the bushes to poly ones, took...
