Are there any decent speakers that will fit in the standard holes? My dash speakers make the trim vibrate and the rear ones are tinny to say the least...

sadly not... the rolling tax cut-off was abolished a few years ago... so only cars registered before Jan 1 1973 are tax exempt. That's a long way from even the oldest mr2s!
