Have you considered the Silverstone equivalent? They're supposed to be cheapish and good

Pretty sure I have read somewhere about this.
Apart from removing the bulb I don't know of any solution off the top of my head!

Indicators will cancel OK.
Airbag light will stay on (assuming you are fitting a steering wheel without airbag)

can only re-iterate what the other guys have said. I have recently refurbed all 4 calipers on a rev3 using the seal kits from TCB parts and the cost came in at the same price as their ready refurbished calipers after taking into account all the other little bits like winding tools and bleed nipples ...
