This happened to me for a bit after i had done a coolant change. The needle when right down when booting it. went away and never came back after a few days. I did have to top up the coolant a little though during this time. I always thought it was a little air in the system after changing the coolan...

Mine was off not long ago.

I didnt need to pull the side plastics over speakers off - there are 2 x bolts/screws to undo on the trim first (located under the "hook" thingys!) then it should pop off. thats how mine went. Didnt take long.
