Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Not a pretty sight...Hose From Hell?
i have no experience regarding coolant leacks down there. but if you say you think it comes from that area - you are left to 3 things beeing reason for this. this will be most common the -hose from hell no5 (sorry i only know the caldina names) -hose water bypass no4 (no4 on caldina) -O-Ring for wat...

ashman - beside my posting i feel what youre saying. I once read an interview with the chiefdesigners of the integra. They said - whatever modification a tuner makes to the 96 integra - it has a great chance to imbalance the car.As the Honda engeneers put all their heart into a perfect balance of thi...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] putting my rev 2 turbo on a diet
yes but lets be honest..most of us have lowered cars with diferent values front and rear.. talk to the guys who drive on the track - ask them what they say to that regarding imbalancing a car :D - you say you drive on track yourself. So you sure know that too.But everyone makes his own experiences. i...

add a CF hood up front + a light battery + remove the windshield washer + alloy rad + remove spare tire weight save on mine CF hood 17.5-5.5 =12kg battery 14.7-9.8=4.9 sparetire + jack = 20.3kg radiator weight save 0.8kg (only because 2 spals inlcuded) emptied windshield washer and got 4liters = 42k...

i listened very close to your video - and found it really sounded much sharper then my bov.(but as i filmed my exhaust and it sounded much higher then in real life i know you cant judge by video) the hissing sound by driving inbetween boost and vacuum is the same on mine.Check out youtube videos to ...

Re: Glenn's REV3 ST215, Dynoed @315 hp & 390 Nm!
i did it the same way.routed the hoses isolated along the oem waterlines. i just recognized you run that synchronic bov.I have the same on the gen4. I talked with the guys on the synapse forum about that fluttering which apears to be normal regarding to the boards if you have a piston driven bov. do...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Should I feel hot air from my BOV?
cant see no reason why a bov shouldnt blow at idle. Mine does.It did it when it was brandnew and does it today. Point is its vacuum controlled. So under Vac its always open - it only closes under boost situations which in my eyes is perfectly correct. I have a ct15b .- and its impressive how much air...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Rear trailing arms bushes shot?
i believe you can press them out on a vise.
I did it with one of them.
Anyway is there any aftermarket option for those parts. They are the only suspension parts on my car which arent new - and i dont like this situation

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] cold starting problems on a turbo - please help
hi fellas, thanks for the replies, when it starts the idle is high first (cold start) and then pretty normal goes down to 950.Car pulls like crazy too. When i cranked and it starts somehow it smells like i dumped lots of fuel through the exhaust. So the charge isnt ignited.. i often heared about cold...
