i was seeing around 120 degress at full chat . after i got my oil cooler installed it dropped to around 95 with same driving style

i thought about doing this......... how would you tee into the ic if you dont go through the TB?? what sort of water is it?? pure water? where would you get it?? (i would asume bottled water not tap water)... tap into the intercooler pipe just after the cooler . always use distilled water NEVER use...

how aften do you have to refill??? any sort of hp gains? where did you get yours from? i have a 4.5 lt water tank so that will last approx a full tank of fuel obviously it will last longer if you drive like a granny . cant say if theres any hp gains as my cars mapped without WI , i can tell you tha...

i run 1.6 bar and use NGK iridiums grade 7 with no problems

the water injector should be placed as far from the throttle body as possible (just after the IC or CC) this way you will cool the charge better than putting a jet at the throttle body , if you place the jet at the throttle body that will help with det more but wont cool the air as well . and people...

how much knock are you detecting at 1.6 bar ? i was getting around 50-60 on the PFC at 1.6 bar on a ct20 hybrid untill i re installed my WI system and now its down to low 20's \:D/

i agree different cars + different mods = different maps so why worry about people copying them , i think the idea was to put the maps on so people with similair set ups can get there car's going and then fine tune it themselves. if you decide to tune yourself and it goes pop you can only blame your...

my PP intercooler is only secured with the bottom bracket (which needs to be removed before fitting) i would put the IC in then attach the bottom bracket , the hard pipes hold it in place and its rock solid .

We do have copyright issues here if a tuner has provided a map guys. Unless you yourself have done the mapping or have permission from the tuner to publish it we couldn't really go down this route. T if you pay x amount for a ems to be mapped by a tuner surely the map belongs to you when they have ...
