Definately sounds like it needs another bleed.
Mine went through a stage of doing this, found a leak, fixed it and then had to bleed the system twice before it returned to normal.

I've got Greenstuff on the front, I find them no better then the stock pads. They also kick out loads of brake dust which is a pain in the bottom.

Yep, my only car and daily driver for just over 2 years. Hasn't missed a beat and i've done 19,000 miles in that time.
