Definately sounds like it needs another bleed.
Mine went through a stage of doing this, found a leak, fixed it and then had to bleed the system twice before it returned to normal.

I've got one of these but I don't think it's working too well as I get loads of flutter, even when the adjuster is fully out. Has anyone ever stripped one to fix? Is it easy?

I've got Greenstuff on the front, I find them no better then the stock pads. They also kick out loads of brake dust which is a pain in the bottom.
