A new sensor has fixed the problem but I have turned the boost down to 12psi as a precaution. It's slow now though! Lol

Ok from what I can gather it is running lean due to a mixture of too much boost, too high an air/fuel mixture or the timing is too advanced. your door card door lock plastic cover could be catching on the lock, take the plastic cover off to see it it makes a difference

So is there nothing to check other than replacing the sensor? What about the knock sensor signal? how do you check that?
