Re: [Mk2] [NA] Subframe Captive Nuts

If you weren't so far away you could've had my subframe. Sorry, nothing constructive to add :( The subframe is fine, it's the captive nuts inside the actual chassis that are broken. I cut mine in the inner rear arches and tacked the nits back in place, then welded the rear arch back up, remember an...

[Mk2] [NA] Subframe Captive Nuts

I've got a Rev2 with two spinning subframe bolts. I'm going to cut holes in the chassis and weld the captive nuts. Where's the best place to cut? Both are on the passenger side.

The engine is out the car just now.

Cheers.

Careful swapping out disc drives. If you don't flash it, your console can be banned. I think it's picked up as a hacked xbox.

Re: Am I being over cautious?! - Rusty Sills

Remove the foam from inside the sills and coat the inside with rust converting primer, or rust preventative wax.

If you have access to an endoscope, it wouldn't hurt to peer inside.

Re: Goods not sent by member after receiving my money.

I too have been waiting for weeks for a set of Rev3 lights from Wil.

In two separate PMs, Wil assured me he would post soon and apologised for the delay. Still haven't seen the item yet.

My last PM to him is unread.
