n/a to turbo convertion changed turbo recently.1991 engine actuator blocked off to run at full boost but only getting 10 psi

when vacume press at 0 car makes a farting noise.could this be a vac leak?also when on boost car makes a whining noise,started doing this in 1st gear now in all gears and smells like clutch burning.could clutch make this loud noise?

when ignition off and keys out my clock lights up dimley and alarm goes off somtimes any ideas?also fuel gauge warning light comes and goes even on full tank.

wastgate still connected vacume pipes blocked this is how the engine was when fitted.if pipes connected back to standard still same.

pipes blocked,no leaks nate.

i have a rev 1 tubby,actuator disconected boosting at about 17 psi but not pulling till about 10 psi.any ideas?it was pulling till without reason lost power.any feedback gteatfull.
