Mirror's Edge - first game I've got into since Tomb Raider 1!

My friend is big into his games consoles and showed me a game called Mirror's Edge a while back. Anyway, he lent me his xbox and the game and one day I loaded it up out of boredom and suddenly I was drawn into this world of escapism! I was compeled to keep playing for a few hours every weekend or wh...

Idea for new sub-forum in the shopping section

I just thought how cool it might be if there were a sub section in the General for Sale category called "wanted". A bit like the wanted section for MR2 stuff but for non mr2 related stuff? For example somone wanting an xbox or a samsung X730 could post up and people who may have the item l...

Could a mod help me with an error in my for sale thread please?

I sold a guitar hero kit here and entered dai21t as the person who bought the item but the feedback bot as reported another user to have bought it and I assume has emailed him to tell him what he's bought. Could one of the Mods please fix this for me if you get a chance?

Thanks guys :thumleft:

[Mk2] [Generic] Wheel spacers

Hi chaps :sunny: I need to get a pair of wheel spacers to sort an issue with my front wheels not quite lining up with the trd body kit. I have found these http://www.wheels.uk.com/acatalog/wheel-spacers-toyota-mr2-w2-system-5.html but it says "Please state the present wheel bolts (Taper or ball...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] £10 to whoever can lend me this lock nut remover...

Success!!!! The hammering on a socket trick worked!!! I just about managed to fit a 22 size socket over the nut and inthe wheel hole. A block of wood and lots of hammering and hey presto it unscrewed! Thanks to everyone for their suggestions and thanks to the chap that has posted me the remover set....

How will the hammering on of a bigger socket work if the lock nut is round? Does hammering a socket over actually reshape the circular lock nut?

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] £10 to whoever can lend me this lock nut remover...

When I bought my '2 it had locking nuts on it. The dealer had done them up so tight that when I tried to take them off one of them sheared, leaving half the nut on the stud. I got some good drill bits and started off really small and gradually worked my way up the sizes, eventually I was able to ge...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] £10 to whoever can lend me this lock nut remover...

The problem with taking it to a garage is that the wheel is attached to the hub which is attached to the subframe which is attached to nothing lol. When I sold the engine I had to remove the subframe with hub and wheel still attached because I didn't have the lock nut key. So I can't get the whole l...

The car seems awesome but I'm also confused about the price as I paid £10k last year for a trd kitted one with similar power levels but this one is selling for £6.5
