Might have aquired a 20v but its bolted up to an auto box. Is it just a straight swap for my mk1 box?

I've been looking for a decent cover as I need to start work on the MK1 but don't have the luxury of an indoor workshop. Just one last thing. Anyone ever tried BC-racing springs (see www.bc-racing.co.uk). They look better then Koni's in every way and only cost a little more. Pillow ball top mounts not rubber, Height adjustable at the lower mount so you don't mess damper travel up, spring adjustable, camber adjustment...
