fensport pully

Post by stew »

Hi all,

Wonder if you could help, I bought a fensport pullykit of ebay with no belt, wondered is there a replacement belt as fensport seem to be very expensive for belt, also is there a link for to show you how to fit pully?

Thanks

You just need to get the right length belt, which can be done so from halfords IIRC (It's been a few years).

Belt length depend whether or not you still have the aircon pump fitted. IIRC without aircon the belt is a 5PK975 ( ie 5PK followed by the belt length in mm )

Hi stew, i strongly advise using the camry v6 idler pulley instead of the Ford one that's made of cheese with this kit, part number is 13503-62030 :thumleft:

Best option is to put a metal blanking plate between the ABV and its mount - but of course that does require you to remove the ABV, make a blank, then refit the ABV.

The alternative ' ABV mod ' is detailed here http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forum ... r-dummies=
