Driveshaft oil seal part number required

Post by CJ B »

Hi, I have a leaky o/s driveshaft seal (rev1 turbo) and need to know if the standard UK n/a part will fit. If not then if anyone has the part number or better still knows where I can get one from then I would be very grateful.

Cheers,
Chris.

The NA one will not fit, they are too small.

There are 2 different sizes for the turbo aswell, eg each side is different, dont let them tell you both sides are the same side like the NA, I had alot of trouble getting hold of mine, luckily I got on with the guy at the parts desk and he ordered them all for me and I gave back the ones that didnt fit

Just replaced both driveshaft oil seals on my Rev1 Turbo yesterday!

the Totyota number for the seal on the offside (rear passenger side wheel) is 90311-50027. Cost around £15

Hi do you have the part number for the 'other' offside (driver) seal?

Cheers,
Chris.

The other oil driveshaft oil seal is 90311-40004

When you remove the old ones, place them over the new ones for protection when tapping them home with a mallet.
