Hey Ant.

You get what you want, this guy wanted stainless, he wasnt looking for power, but was on a budget, so no mandrel bends.

If you want mandrel bends you get them.

Sorry chaps I never got round to putting some pics up.

Here you go.

This car came in for the pipework to be remade all in stainless, the car runs a boot mounted cooler so we heat coated the pipework to help with heat exchange through the boot.

Cool number plate.

So what would the cost be on an exhaust like that from the DP back?

How does it sound?

Do you have a DB reading for it?

Cheers,
Ant

Hi Ant no readings were taken, though i'm certain its track legal. It sounds clean and crisp due to the thickness of the material used.

The example above is not best for pricing as the customer made it clear it was no expense spared so even the mating surface have been matched, and additional mods to the back box.

The costs vary based on requirements but here's a guide for 3 inch stainless.

Materials

Mandrel bends 30
Straights 10-20
Flanges 15-25
Flexi's 30-60

Labour 40 per hour or 250 per day.

Tig welding is a standard and of course the are optional extras.

Cheers
James
