O.K here it is........ the first Coventry meet up of 05!!!
Date : Sunday the 6th of February
Time :11:30-12:00
Location: The Bulls Head in Meriden
The Bulls Head as before will be the initial meeting place and when it seems that all have arrived it will be a convoy to the Horse and Jockey on the Tamworth road. Ive been told we can have our own 'special' parking area so we can get all the cars together and the car park will be 'arsing' around friendly. I am also going to be finding out if we can get a discount on any food that IMOC members buy there, Im pretty confident this will be the case as this will be the regular meeting place throughout the year.

-Take junction 17 onto M45 to Coventry, this continues onto the A45 towards Birmingham. Follow for aprox 16 miles.
-Turn off the A45, onto the B4104 to Meriden

Knock sensor
Yes mate, knock sensor is now fitted. It helps if you've got the right tools! I've kept the old sensor and connector in case I need to wire in a stock sensor. The ecu light has disappeared and it is now back to normal. Next job is to fit the intercooler. Hopefully "WE" can get it done before the coventry meet. £25 for an hours labour sound good?

lol darrell,im gonna get ya a decent tool kit for xmas!
lets hope tim gets it in soon and the weather isnt to bad!
had your timing checked yet?
would be worth your while buying that knock sensor from kev as a spare,£10 is nothing! although i doubt your get any probs with the new one, just stop running so much boost!
or get a better turbo!

Going good thanks Mike, The "ol' girl" has been into Rogue for a few 'lil' bits not to long ago but I dont think I'll have the cash for anymore before the meet! Good to catch up again though mate - hope your beasts all ok >?
Re: COVENTRY MEET UP !!!!
John, there's no need to buy me a tool kit. I've got my own MR2 mechanic, YOU! I've wound down the down the boost to 16 psi. Once my intercooler is fitted, and a few other little mods, I'm going to have it rolling roaded. I just confirmation that its running correctly.
If you or Tim wouldn't mind helping me with the intercooler it would be much appreciated. After all, uou wouldn't want to let down the Kiddy MR2 turbo Owners Club. Is it alright for Jarv to follow up in his GT4?
