Hi
I was trying to fit a Stereo to fit into my Dads UK 1994 "M" registered Mr2. But My dads 1994 MR2 has just one plug?!
The only lead/plug that 'seems' to fit the plug shown above is an Autoleads PC9-411??
Will the PC9-411 fit the above plug?
This guy had the same problem I think...

Im wanting to fit an Alpine MDA-W759J (these pics are from the Internet!)
The back of the Alpine only has 1 red RCA and 1 White RCA??:-
The Factory Alpine Loom is \/\/\/
Plug that goes into the Alpine unit:-
Black ISO receiving plug:-
Rest of the Alpine harness
If I bought a PC9-411 to fit onto the above plug in my Dads car, will the Alpine harness just "plug" into the black ISO lead and thats it?
Or do I just choose one red RCA and one white RCA and plug into the rear of the Alpine stereo??
Im confused lol
Any help will be gratefully received!
Cheers Julian

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] ISO Lead and RCA lead advice
No problem Julian a pc9-411 will fit (expensive though) I use Incartec http://incartec.co.uk/pages/Contact.aspx there lead part number is 20-257.
On the alpine lead you only use the black socket with yellow, red, black, blue wires the speaker side with 8 wires in isn't used as you need the low level rca's to run the amps.
As you only have one pair of rca's on the alpine you need a pair of these rca splitters

which will turn your pair into two pairs.
you need to connect the blue/white remote wire on stereo to remote lead on adapter as this switches amps/aerial on
I would add an earth either go from the black wire on the alpine loom to metal behind dash or bolt onto back of stereo to metal behind dash as stereo earths through brackets when bolted in but better earth less chance of noise.
hope that helps
