Sorted out my cars problem, worked on it all day tested loads of stuff and then reset the cams as found the exhaust cam 2 teeth out.
All sorted now, no more top end missfire and serious lack of power and car is like a whippet with a rocket up its jacksee now and revs like a motorbike again
