Thursday:

12:00 – Gates open for JAE 2014!
Gates are open continuously from now until the end of the event for people coming to JAE

15:00 – 18:00 – Registration for all IKO activities, teams and individuals (Admin building)

19:00 – Admin Building closes

Friday:

09:00 – Admin Building opens

09:00 – 17:00 – Registration for all IKO activities, teams and individuals (Admin building)

11:00 – 15:00 – Dragon Boat Racing QUALIFYING (The Lake)

12:00 – 17:00 – Show n Shine judging (hard standing by JAE entrance)

15:00 – 16:00 – Dragon Boat Racing FINALS (The Lake)

17:00 – 19:30 – JAE Go-karts QUALIFYING (central funfair)

19:30 – 20:30 – Kuiza "pub quiz" (Event Tent)

20:00 – Admin Building closes

20:30 – Disco starts (Event tent)

Saturday:

09:00 – Admin Building opens

09:00 – 11:30 – Show n Shine judging (hard standing by JAE entrance)

09:00 – 17:00 – Registration for all IKO activities, teams and individuals (Admin building)

09:00 – Gates open for day visitors (vehicles in general or day visitor parking, NOT on club stands)

10:00 – 11:30 – Tug-o-War (IKO field)

10:00 – 16:30 – Five-a-side football tournament (IKO field)

10:00 – 17:00 – RC JAE (dedicated RC area)

11:30 – 13:00 – Bungee Run competition (IKO field)

13:00- Show n Shine winners presentation (The Hexagon Trade area)

LUNCH

13:30 – 14:00 – Feel the Pain endurance competition (IKO field)

14:00 – 15:00 – Jousting competition (IKO field)

15:00 – 15:45 – Car Pull competition (IKO field)

15:45 – 16:30 – Club Relay Race (IKO field)

16:30 – 17:00 – Food eating competition (Event Tent)

18:00 – 19:00 – JAE Go-karts FINALS (central funfair)

19:00 – Admin building closes

19:00 – 20:00 – Cosplay (fancy dress) judging (Event Tent)

20:00 – 20:45 – Trophy presentations (Event Tent)

21:00 – Fireworks

21:30 – Live music (Event Tent)

LATE: Disco (Event Tent)

Sunday:

09:00 – Gates open for day visitors

09:00 – Admin Building opens
