might i ask if you are selling it on?
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
Sorry no.

I need it!
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
I managed to get the little bu&&er off, first I fashioned an SST from a piece of wood and four 2mm drill bits, at the correct spacing to fit in the holes.

.

That didn't work, even though only about 8mm of the drill bits were showing, they still snapped.

Eventually managed to remove it with mole grips, but they don't half chew up the chrome top nut
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(which is slightly oval now
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
).

When it finally came off, I can see why it didn't want to, it's what looks like an ally top nut onto an ally shaft, and they'd fused together nicely.

No way that was going to release without a fight!
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
So I need a nice new chrome top nut, and a new aerial section.

![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
anyone know if you can buy these separately?
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
I'd sooner keep the stock aerial if I can.
