Hi Dave

Trying to organise time off and money but have just returned to NZ from the UK so may not work out

Stil hopeful though and I hear rooms will be at Am-Tiergarten rather than at the Motorsport

Well, its closer to Pistenklause and its even more of a petrolheads hotel and it was where Sabine was working

So just seeing what can be done but as looking at a replacement car/second car the trip may fall through altogether and I will have to wait for next Easter

Re timing - yes it is dangerous to chase a time and any guesswork is just that guessing about the bit of track where you were held up or did not actually drive it

So for me guessing might give you an indication of your time but only that, an indication, it is NOT the actual time that you drove BTG

And if you were on such a fast lap, maybe, you would have spun in front of T13 as other people have when going fast and turning right at that point

It does sound as if you had fun and got at least one decent lap amongst the traffic

But it is humbling when the locals in any old thing can fly past you!
