3S Service - what a bunch of...........

Post by lockys96 »

Great guys \:D/

Thanks to james and all at 3S,

i try not to take james whitty banter to heart. #-o

weather was dry enough to give the car a couple of shoots, rolling in 2nd, 3rd gear. ive forgotton how quick cars in the distance real in at just 1.0 bar,

i picked my car up on thursday, after leaving it with them which must have been well over 5weeks(plan was to have parts fitted whilst on holiday, turns out parts didnt arrive from japan, til after i got back.

I dont know many garages, which you can put trust in, and leave your car in secure hands for that amount of time, charge very fair prices.

car has been through quite a few changes over the past 2months, since picking up a barely running ok, dangerously set up car straight from japan drag car (due to tuned in japan).

car nows benefits from.

link g3 ecu - mapped by ryan g to 1.4bar 506hp
HKS cambelt
uprated fuel lines
rewelded intercooler (subject to fault finding, allowing me to run only 0.6bar)
new Blitz sus 100mm filter
wrapped downpipe
turbo blanket
Oil change and filter
fully checked over by 3s

next on the list

app stainless braided brake line
endless ccx pads allround
new discs all round
sard stack race clocks

then after new year

cusco suspension parts
tein edfc
intercooler spray kit
apexi evc or / custom made one
garrett gt3582r turbo remap to 1.8bar
takata race harnesses
cusco 6 point cage.

that should take me up to summer months, where i can actually drive the car. \:D/

ta james :thumleft:

p.s can you handle the above

 what bunch of :-#

Since having the PP white beast in not one customer has visited without asking us
"What the hell is in is that"
"is that the courtesy car"
"can you take me for a spin in that"

Being so busy we couldnt answer all the questions, so we just handed them the keys to find out for themselves :-$

Future mods list looks awsome :thumleft: , truely the most tastefull modified high powered 2 we have under our wing.

I saw this car at 3's last week and everything James says about is true - especially the bit about letting every one have a go in it !!!!! :D :D :D
Seriously though this has to be a possible feature car for a magazine - it really is that nice.

yep, lad.

just the bodykit on that set me back £6,000. the things i do, it was the only one in europe. its now living in denmark.

i got bored of bodywork, spent around 20k on the supra.

wanted more power, but never thought id get insurance, the phoenix is fully comp at £1,100 a year ive just turnt 23 \:D/

however, insurance is costly at the moment. done 10weeks owned hardly moved.
